Our family and pet friendly cottage is ready for your summer or winter retreat! -Sleeps: 10 (4 bunks, 3 queen) -Open concept kitchen: dishwasher, coffee maker -Bed linens provided only -TV (no cable, DVD player) -Wood burning fireplace -Sandy lakefront: non motorized, child kayaks, row boat, paddle boat (please bring child PFD to ensure appropriate size) -Flat large plateau for games -Fire pit,outdoor bar,BBQ summer only -Horseshoes,Hiking and snowmobile trails -Firewood for sale The space Bedrooms Our cottage comfortably sleeps 10 people (we recommend 6 adults and 4 children). Our master bedroom has one queen bed and ensuite bathroom with bath tub, a walk in closet and seating. We have two additional bedrooms with queen beds and closet space. One bedroom is upstairs and one bedroom is in the walk out basement. Finally, our bunk room comfortably sleeps four children in two sets of bunk beds, and has a closet. Bed linens including pillows and duvets are provided. Bathrooms In addition to the ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom, we have a half bath upstairs and a full bath with walk in shower in the basement. Please bring your own towels. Kitchen Our kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances – fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets , dish soap, and kitchen linens are provided. We also have a toaster, coffee maker, and cutlery/cooking utensils. Basic cooking spices, coffee and tea are provided. Dining Room Our handmade great table comfortably seats 10-15 individuals. We have a small seating area here as well. Basement/Recreation Room Enjoy your time by the woodburning fireplace or curl up to watch a movie on our flat screen TV. DVDs provided. No cable. Games, puzzles, and children’s books are available to enjoy with the family. Lakefront Water toys, children’s kayaks, a row boat and a paddle boat are available for you to enjoy. Muskoka chairs line the dock for relaxation. Fishing off the dock! Outdoor Balcony/Patio Two outdoor dining table options exist on our balcony off the kitchen with BBQ (summer only) Front Plateau Plenty of parking is available on the driveway by our garage. Please do not park on the grass. Our long plateau is perfect for lawn games including horseshoes. Enjoy yourselves by the firepit and outdoor bar under the stars! Please dispose of all garbage at the end of your stay in the green shed. Other things to note In July and August, renting is Saturday to Saturday (7 night stay); all other dates minimum 2 night stay
