As an extra courtesy, we provide a second space on the front grounds (walled and fenced), which can be used by additional cars. Important Parking Information: • Main Parking Space: Indoor garage (for 1 car). 🚗 • Courtesy Parking Space: Front lot, not covered and subject to weather conditions. 🚫 DISCLAIMER Parking (both in the main garage and in the courtesy space) is offered as a convenience and courtesy, not as a deposit or custody contract. We are NOT responsible for theft, robbery, damage, or breakdowns that occur to the vehicle or objects left inside it. The use of both spaces is at the guest's own risk and responsibility. Courtesy to have a place to park and not have to look for parking spaces on the street! During the day, leave the cars on the complimentary lot in front of the house, so as not to obstruct the passage! And not run the risk of being accidentally scratched by suitcases, chairs, etc.! Power 220V Guest access ACCESS: you will have full access to the ground floor (no stairs). SHARED AREAS: the main gate, the garage, and the side access corridor are for common use with guests on the upper floors. GARAGE: 01 rotating parking space, please park facing the exit, leaning against the wall so as not to block the exit and entrance of the others!
