Attic in a new house in the countryside

The attic, located on the second floor of a newly built house in the countryside, is a perfect space for your relaxation. You can rest away from any noise. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a private bathroom, and has independent access. A few minutes from Asolo, 20/30 minutes from Bassano del Grappa and Castelfranco Veneto. Great starting point for hiking or biking. Please read the description carefully in its entirety. The space The attic is located on the second floor of a newly built house in the countryside. It has a double bed, with the possibility of adding a third bed, and a private bathroom. Access is independent of the house but to access the second floor, you pass through a room dedicated to yoga and meditation classes. The presence of courses at certain times may limit passage: write to me for info about it, but I will update you on everything at the time of your request. I make my kitchen available for use, with cleaning and coexistence rules to be respected, for long rentals. Guest access You will independently access a small entrance, where I ask you to leave your shoes, and climbing two flights of stairs you will arrive at the attic with a bathroom inside. Some clarifications about the accommodation for midweek rentals: to go up to the attic you pass through a yoga class room. There may be between 2 and 6 lessons per week, at different times, which limit the passage. When booking, before confirming, I will update you so that you can evaluate if it may disturb you. During your stay I live in the house on the two floors below the attic, so I'll be happy to help if you need anything. There are two cats in the house. I use the room for yoga and meditation at certain times (and some Saturday mornings), passing through to the attic, but in that case I will notify you at the time of booking before confirming it. I give the possibility to use my kitchen, with cleaning and coexistence rules to be respected, for long-term rentals. Other things to note No access to outsiders: access to the room and shared spaces (kitchen) is allowed only to the person(s) related to the reservation. Lost keys will incur a €30 fee.
