This casual, cabin-like 2-bedroom basement unit has a private entry, off street parking, and many recreational options both inside and outside. Enjoy the large backyard for relaxing with a great view of the lake. Access to a fire pit, patio, picnic table, gas grill, and yard games. Sleeps 6 adults and houses a billiard table, TV, and a small kitchenette area equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, electric griddle & skillet, air fryer, dishes, serving ware and Keurig. No kitchen range The space Lake House Inn is located in Marshall, MO is just off I-70, midway between Kansas City and St. Louis. Missouri Valley College is near along with many restaurants and shopping. *Fishing license is required and may be purchased off site. *No life guard is on duty. Water activities at your own risk. Guest access This unit is decorated in rustic cabin-like décor and has a separate entrance accessed from the back side of my house. There is a dedicated off-street parking space. (I live on the upper level, so I am very close if you need anything during your stay!)
