Description
The Bungalow at Casa Nube Rosa is a brutalist hideaway...modern, chic, and tucked away - cheerful, chill and luxurious...offering dramatic views of the Sierra Madres and the sounds of the Pacific. It’s a peaceful place, set in a lush garden of plumeria, jasmine, almond, coconut and orchidia. The Bungalow offers the best of outdoor living, yet it’s sophisticated and sheltered, with cozy hammock vibes. 2 large air conditioned bedrooms with luxurious king size beds. The space You enter the Bungalow through a set of large oak gates and park in a garden, surrounded by flowering trees and ground plantings. You can rinse off the ocean and the sand (and your boards) in a freestanding outdoor shower to the right. When you enter the Bungalow, you find yourself in open living space, with a view of the mountains in the distance. You’re immediately in the kitchen, at the pool, next to a hammock and the pergola sofa (it’s ridiculously comfy, upholstered in Sunbrella, so, yes, go ahead and sit on it in your wet bathing suit). The pool is a sweet retreat all its own, a rectangular 3 by 7 meters, designed with a long seat and framed by lush birds of paradise, with a view looking into the pergola and the kitchen one way, and towards the mountains the other. This main living area is bracketed by two king-size suites on either side of the pool, each suite offering luxury king-size mattresses, organic linen bedding, tons of natural light, air conditioning, and a desk for working or creating. Both suites include impressive and sensual indoor/outdoor bathrooms, featuring custom handmade tiles and oversized rain heads. The bathroom of the larger suite contains a sunken tub. Guest access Full access to walled in 20m x 40m lot. Other things to note Stunning Playa Majahua is about a 400 yard walk from the Bungalow front gate. - it’s a 10 minute walk to the left to the village of Majahua for feet in the sand Mexican seafood- and a 15 minute walk down the beach to the right to the lagoon at La Boca de Lagunillas for amazing views of birds, horses and many more tropical treats!
