Our beautiful, peaceful and quiet property feels just like a villa although it’s a spacious two floor apartment with its own big garden and pond. Located right next to the train station which takes you into central London (London Bridge and London Victoria and the underground) or Gatwick in 23 minutes. London double deckers go quietly past the front of the house which take you to central Croydon in 10 minutes or the country side with picturesque pubs and villages in 10 minutes. Private parking. The space Our apartment is light and extremely spacious and our huge terrace overlooks our big, luscious, private garden. There is a trampoline and play equipment for children and two outdoor dining areas. There’s no noise from the road and although the train station is just 1 minute walk from our property, the trains are quiet as they slow down to stop at the station. We have 4 spacious bedrooms, 5 beds (1 king size, 2 double/queen size, 2 singles ). One spacious bathroom downstairs with a big corner bath a double shower and toilet. Another toilet upstairs. Wonderfully warm under floor heating in the bathroom and kitchen. We do not allow parties at our property and 7 people is the maximum allowed in the property or garden. We are confident that you will love your stay at our home. Guest access The whole property including our wonderful garden will be yours! Other things to note No parties are allowed at our property. The maximum capacity of the property and garden is the 7 people staying at the property, no additional people allowed at any time. If our outside decking becomes muddy from dirt being brought up from the garden, an additional charge of £150 will be charged.
