Direct access to the bathroom from each room, without disturbing your family members! - there are two bedrooms: #1 features queen-size bed and a closet - perfect for a couple; #2 has a double bed. Both bedrooms are facing a quiet street/yard. -Free Wi-Fi -individual air conditioner IN EACH ROOM to cool or heat the air for comfortable temperature in every season -the open-concept living room/kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, stove, oven, coffee-maker, tea kettle, cupboards full of chinaware, cutlery, pots & pans, kitchen utensils and cooking supplies -modern bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, sink, toilet, washing machine and complementary toiletries for your enjoyment - there is a comfortable sofa in the living room (accommodates one person for sleeping) - you are welcome to keep your bicycles or strollers in our storage room downstairs, or get out to a small shared garden for a smoke or relaxation moment!
