Les Métairies d'Arthur, located in the Guichardaye Manor, awaits you for a confidential and intimate experience. In the heart of the 5-hectare park, you will find tranquility and serenity with family and friends. In the south wing of the manor, 5 Suites (6 optional) as well as a reception room await you for a moment of comfort and relaxation. The 5 m by 10 m pool is heated in summer and spring. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom In each of them, you will have: • Wi-Fi access • a hair dryer TV Depending on your choice and your family composition, you can enjoy a view of the countryside, a small living room or direct access to the garden. Located in the heart of nature, the Manor has the advantage of offering free parking. Only downside for pet owners: they are not allowed. (exceptions can be made for very small clean dogs). But know that there lives a cat, a dog, a horse, chickens and a turtle... Guest access Guests will have access to all parts of the Gite except my office which will be locked. Other things to note The pool is open from May to October. For winter weekends: from October 15, an energy package will be included in your rental agreement. We will report the meters together before and after your stay. For all reservations a rental agreement will be sent to you so that you are insured during your stay.
