The space Our villa offers you, on the ground floor: - A vestibule equipped with a cloakroom. - A living room composed of a piano area (Steinway & Sons), a lounge area and a dining area. This room opens to a furnished terrace overlooking the pool. - A quiet office (closed room). - A powder room. - An equipped kitchen, including a back kitchen (laundry room/American fridge-freezer). - A bedroom (160*200 bed) with its adjoining private bathroom and accessible to people with reduced mobility. Upstairs, - A bedroom (160*200 bed) with its adjoining private shower room, - A dormitory composed of 2 single beds (90*200) with its adjoining private shower room, - One last bedroom (160*200 bed) and a separate shower room. - A toilet. The upstairs bedrooms are all air-conditioned. A heated outdoor pool (optional heating in May and September - payment by AIRBNB), open from May to September is at your disposal as well as a boules court. You also have 2 tennis rackets and balls available to enjoy the residence's tennis court. A ping pong table and its equipment are at your disposal, as well as 2 adult bikes, 3 children's bikes and a balance bike. A bridge table is also available. Many different games are at your disposal. The house has been tastefully renovated and decorated, while respecting the charm of the old. Guest access You have access to every part of the house listed in the listing description. The entire park is at your disposal, we kindly ask you to respect the barriers and not to go on the golf course. Other things to note A single mattress (90 x 200 cm) can be added to the dormitory - on request and for an additional €30 (payment by Airbnb), we remain at your disposal. We have a baby cot (umbrella) and a high chair. Cleaning fees include professional housekeeping as well as professional laundry cleaning of linen collections. Please note that in autumn and winter, the park is more difficult to maintain than in the summer season. Small and well-behaved pets allowed (payment by Airbnb)
