Located in Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois, our beautiful house is ideal for an unforgettable vacation. La Konforta is a spacious 120 m2 residence offering comfort and style for 6 guests. Located in a peaceful area, it is ideal for a pleasant vacation with family or friends. Crossing the threshold, you are greeted by an entrance hall overlooking the living room on one side and the kitchen on the other. The large living room is the perfect place to relax and have fun. With panoramic views of the garden, it enjoys a bright and friendly atmosphere. You'll have access to a flat-screen TV and high-speed WIFI to stay connected during your stay. The dining room is adjacent to the living room, and you can enjoy your meals at the large wooden table. The kitchen is fully equipped, with coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, electric robot and toaster, offering everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The presence of a glass roof brings brightness and charm to this space, while offering views of the garden. The house has three bedrooms upstairs, each furnished with taste and comfort. The first bedroom has a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm), a flat-screen TV and storage. The second bedroom also has a double bed (140 x 200 cm) with a large wardrobe with mirror. In the third bedroom, you will find a trundle bed that can be converted into a 180 cm double bed, a baby bed and a desk to work. The house includes a full bathroom with shower and toilet. A door allows you to either close the toilet for privacy or the entire bathroom. All toiletries are available. An additional separate toilet is located on the ground floor. The garden, with a generous area of 180 m2, offers a private outdoor space where you can enjoy nature, organize family barbecues with the GAS BARBECUE or receive friends. Access to the garden is through the front door. For cars, we provide 2 free PARKING spaces inside the property and not covered.
