The location is very good - directly on the Danube bike path and the nearest public transport connection is 50 meters from the door. Sufficient free parking spaces are available. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee of the terrace and enjoy the sun rays on your skin all the nice amenities of this apartment. In the evening you can relax in the balcony and then end your day with a good wine in the bathtub. The apartment has everything you need and is newly built. You can expect comfortable beds, a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator and everything you need. The completely new bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. Of course we provide fresh towels and all essentials like shower gel & shampoo. Guest access You can check in comfortably by yourself. The entire apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself at home! The key is provided with an airtag and can be located if lost. In order to avoid higher sums for the loss of keys, we ask you to keep the key in the key box after leaving the apartment or otherwise ensure that the key is not lost.
