Elevate your stay with the perfect blend of city life and tranquil comfort at the Elevated Pad! The space 2 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, laundry in unit, and garage large enough for an SUV. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need! Walk to Summer Moon Coffee, Society Burger, Smoke, SideCar rooftop bar, or any of the other restaurants and shops just steps away on Cherry Street. We welcome dogs, and approval is required for all pets. A $100 pet fee is applicable at booking, which is utilized for thorough cleaning to eliminate any traces of your furry companion. We go the extra mile by employing additional cleaning measures and using an ozone machine to ensure the removal of any lingering odors. This is done as a courtesy to upcoming guests who may not have pets. Please remember to include the number of pets in your reservation, keeping in mind that we can only accommodate a maximum of 2 pets. Guest access Guests have the entire place to themselves. There will be a link sent to you via SMS where Door code and check-in instruction will be available. You will see a digital door lock on the entry door. To UNLOCK the door, enter the code, and you will hear the deadbolt unlock. To LOCK the door when you leave, close the door tightly and press the Schlage button at the top. Please note that entering your code when the door is unlocked will also lock the door. Garage Parking: You will be provided with a garage door opener upon your arrival inside of the property. Please make sure to return the opener before checkout to avoid a $100 replacement fee. This will allow you to park your vehicle securely in the garage. Please use the garage solely for parking purposes. Please note that there is NO access into the house from the garage.
