Winter is here, ideal for honoring the cam of this season, in the countryside. This 1800s stone house is a haven of peace. It has been renovated by the owners in a warm spirit while keeping the character of the house. It is adjoining the owners' house and access to the garden is entirely for guests and without overlooking, so you will keep 100% of your privacy. The space The accommodation is intended for couples, a family or professionals. Linens (linens, towels, are provided). The house sleeps up to 10 people with 4 beds in one bedroom and the sofa bed. 6 people is ideal for more comfort. Access: - on the ground floor: dining room/kitchen, 1 living room with 1 double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and 1 toilet. - on the 1st floor: 1 closed bedroom with 1 double bed, two single beds, a mezzanine that overlooks the living room equipped with two single beds. - Parking - Garden - Terasse The house is at: - 10 min to Crouy-sur-Ourq train station, on the P line, with direction Meaux or Paris.
