Autumn is here, so it's the perfect time to come and recharge your batteries in the countryside with your family or friends. This stone house dating from the 1800s is a true haven of peace. The house has been renovated by the owners in a warm spirit, keeping the character of the house. It is adjoining the owners' house but access to the garden is entirely for guests and without overlooking neighbours, so you will keep 100% of your privacy. The space The accommodation is intended for couples, a family or professionals. Linens (linens, towels, are provided). Access: - on the ground floor: dining/kitchen room, 1 living room with two sofas, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bath and 1 wc. - on the 1st floor: 1 closed bedroom with 1 double bed, and a single bed, a mezzanine that overlooks the living room equipped with two beds. - Parking in the garden or facing the house - Garden - Terasse The house is at: - 10 min to Crouy-sur-Ourq train station, on the P line, with direction Meaux or Paris.
