Our speedy wifi and desks in the bedroom allow you to work while on the road. The space In a town where you have many accommodation options to choose from, this spacious 2 bedroom apartment has one of the best views in town. You can enjoy your morning Nespresso from the balcony, which is a great viewing spot for dolphins and whales. Each bedroom contains a table which allows you to work from and be productive, even while on holiday. Our oven doubles as a microwave and an airfryer. Unlike other apartments in La Ballito, this apartment has 2 full bathrooms en suite to each bedroom, as well as ducted air-conditioning. Everything you need for a magical stay is in one place place. This unit is on the thirteenth floor with a view of the sea from the lounge and both bedrooms. Guests will have full access to the features of the complex, including the braai/barbeque are, swings for the kids, adult and kiddies pools and the paid laundromat inside the building. There are two side gates, one which has direct access to the shopping center next door and one which opens onto the Main Street which needs to be crossed before walking down the path to the promenade and the beach. Guest access Guests will have full access and exclusive use to the entire apartment. Guests can make use of the Laundry facilities in the building, tokens for the Laundry can be purchased from the security. There is both an adults pool and a kids swimming pool at this complex which guests can use all year round as well as the nearby outdoor showers. The swimming pools are shared by the residents and other guests in the building. If guests enjoy having a braai/barbecue they can use the outdoor facilities which also have tables and benches nearby to enjoy a meal with friends and family. The braai/Barbecue facilities are nestled in a beautiful big garden area which also includes the children’s jungle gym and swing set. These facilities are shared with other guests and residents in the building. Other things to note Please note - The unit and the estate are not pet friendly. CLEANING The apartment is NOT serviced daily. Guests can request daily cleaning and linen or towel changes during their stay at an additional fee. These services can be arranged ahead of arrived or during your stay. During peak season, these services must be booked in advance. Guests who book for 10 nights or more, will receive a complimentary mid stay clean where the linen and towels are changed. STARTER PACK The apartment is equipped with a basic starter pack consisting of 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel, hand soap, tea, coffee, sugar and Nespresso pods. Once the starter pack is finished, guests will be required to provide their own products during their stay. BABY ITEMS We have a number of basic baby items such as baby bath, car seat for infants, camp cot / pack and play and high chair available at an additional fee for guests who wish to travel light. MEAL VOUCHERS Although this is a self catering apartment, we are able to assist guests with pre ordering meal vouchers to some of the best restaurants in Ballito.
