The space The Villa The three-level main house, completed in 2008 to the highest standards, features 5 bedrooms with en-suite baths. The downstairs master bedroom and two of the upstairs bedrooms feature queen size beds, and the two additional upstairs bedrooms have double beds. One couch folds down to sleep two, for a maximum sleeping capacity of 12. All bathrooms feature beautiful stone counters and two-person tubs. The master bath showcases a two-person spa tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Custom-made mahogany furniture throughout the house and top quality linens make Vista Verde Roatan a luxurious retreat for all our guests. The Beach No Caribbean getaway is complete without a beautiful secluded beach. Vista Verde Roatan encompasses 8.5 landscaped acres on Milton Bight, a picturesque bay on Roatan’s unspoiled north shore, slightly east of the island center. Our protected location inside the barrier reef offers unequaled scuba, snorkeling, and fishing right off the property’s 800 foot beachfront on crystal clear Caribbean water. Following a short half hour ride from the airport, guests enjoy the cool, consistent trade winds and spectacular views of the sea and coral reefs just off shore. The Grounds Vista Verde Roatan has been landscaped with guest enjoyment in mind. Walk the grounds, and you will find ripe pineapple, coconut, guava, mango, lime, plum, banana, avocado, plantain, watermelon, or other delicious fruits depending on the season. Why rent a home on Roatan without the full Caribbean experience? At Vista Verde, we believe you should be immersed in Caribbean beauty, including all the smells and flavors of a tropical plantation. Come and enjoy! Guest access The entire villa and grounds are exclusively rented to one group at a time. There are no shared spaces with other guest groups. Maintenance and storage areas are locked during guest stays, and the entrance casita is occupied by the caretaker, but all living areas in the villa including bedrooms, kitchen, media room, garage, and beach cabana are open and accessible to our guests during their stay. Other things to note Vista Verde Roatan is a staffed villa. Guest requests for privacy will always be honored, however this may affect service timing and availability for provisioning, meal preparation, etc. Electric is billed at cost based on actual meter read at checkin and checkout. Other optional services (transport, provisioning, meal preparation, boat charters, jetski, spa, etc) are billed additional, and require a separate contract.
