Cabin #6 is the one-bedroom cabin. While it is not lakeside, it has a great view of two lakes - Lake Everett and Lake Delta - from the 8x20 screened porch. A row boat is included on Lake Everett. Shared access to 9 kayaks and a canoe. We provide firewood for the campfire pit - no extra charge. On a 13-cabin property in the heart of Chequamegon (Shah-wa-me-gone) National Forest. Delta Lodge has been in existence since the the late 1940s. We are the 5th owners. This is the end of our 29th year in business - the beginning of the 30th year. Delta Lodge is pet-friendly to the max - we have 4 newfoundland dogs and many of our guests bring dogs (dog charge). Dogs have just as much fun on vacation as everyone else. Cabin #6 has a queen bed in the bedroom. There is a kitchen/living room area with stove(apt sized) and refrigerator(standard sized), microwave, toaster & coffee maker. The living room has a couch and easy chair as well as a small dining table. The screened porch adds 8x20 square feet of space - dining table and futon and easy chair. This space really makes the cabin feel spacious. Standard bath with a shower/sink/toilet/mirror - it is on the list to be upgraded this winter - but it works well enough for now.
