Annex close to forest, beach, Kbh

The annex contains: 1 small bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 1 living room with 1 large sofa, where 1-2 people can sleep. 1 small kitchenette with refrigerator, 2 hotplates and microwave. 1 very small toilet with shower. The annex needs to be repaired, so it doesn't look great, but it works, and we think it's nice to be out there. Our garden is "wild on purpose", but we haven't quite "tamed" it yet. (so it seems a little messy) We live in the house next door. Guest access There is access to the entire annex. However, there is a small locked storage room, next to the front door, where we have some of our things. Other things to note The annex has a water heater, so there is hot water for a bath or two short baths. Otherwise, you just have to wait until it is heated up again. We have 2 cats that may visit the annex if the windows are open. They will most often just want to lie down and sleep in peace, or cuddle and be petted :) They can also be kindly carried out again if you do not want them to visit:) Our experience is that they rarely go in when it is not us who are using the annex. But they can show up, so be prepared for it:)
