Set in the beautiful Norfolk countryside, the house was transformed from an old agricultural building in 2023, and now combines modern, contemporary, yet cosy design with the latest environmentally-conscious technology, making it the perfect retreat for those seeking to relax and recharge in a peaceful countryside setting. The space The Grain Store Reepham offers a unique blend of contemporary design and luxurious comfort to ensure an unforgettable experience, whether you're planning a family gathering, a stylish getaway with friends or a peaceful countryside break The focal point of the house is the grand sitting / dining room, a sociable space with double-height vaulted ceiling, full-height windows, and doors that flood the room with light. There's a wood-burning stove and a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine library nook, creating eye-catching focal points. The adjoining living areas can be opened up to create a seamless open-plan space, or you can slide the discreet 'secret' doors closed for more intimate private living rooms. The smart fully-fitted breakfast kitchen is perfect for large groups, with two ovens, two dishwashers, and two fridge/freezers. There's even a wine fridge for all your entertaining needs. The adjoining utility provides laundry facilities, an additional sink and further storage. For entertainment, there's a dedicated television/cinema room with an impressive 85" television. And, if you're feeling competitive, head to the games room, with a pool table, table football and TV. There’s also a permanent outdoor table tennis table. The Grain Store sits in grounds of around a third of an acre, nestled in the beautiful Norfolk countryside. There’s a large terraced patio with dining table seating 12, gas barbecue and sofas. Lawns surround the house, with field views beyond. The use of a hot tub is also available for an extra charge. The house has six generous-sized bedrooms; two on the ground floor (one of which is wheelchair accessible) and four on the first, all of which have glazed doors opening to either private or shared terraces, with a combination of three en-suite and two shared bathrooms. Layout Ground Floor: Entrance hall Double-height space with galleried landing, chairs, console table and large double-doored walk-in cloakroom with hooks and bench seat within. Kitchen/breakfast room Two dishwashers, two full-size electric ovens, induction hob, combination microwave, fridge/freezer, wine fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. The Grain Store sits in its own private land of approximately a third of an acre, enclosed by post and rail fencing. Steps from the kitchen and sitting room access a large patio with dining table to seat twelve, gas barbecue, sofas and hot tub (by request on payment of additional charge). Permanent table tennis on a second patio. Lawns surround the house, with field views beyond. Additional Information: A maximum of two well behaved dogs welcome on payment of small additional charge. Dogs must be supervised at all times, must stay off beds, sofas and other furniture and must remain on the ground floor. Two travel cots and high chairs are available (please request at point of booking). Pillows and duvets are synthetic fibre. The Nespresso coffee machine takes standard pods (please bring your own pods - a small starter selection is provided). Underfloor heating throughout the property. CCTV: External CCTV is active only when property is unoccupied. There is also a video intercom at the gate. Use of a hot tub can be booked for an extra charge. Please request at the point of booking. Guest access Guests will have sole access to the house and it's facilities for the duration of their booking. Access to external areas may be required for grounds maintenance during your stay.
