Nicola’s House

Double room for single use with very fast fiber optic wifi. A friend of mine, Jacopo, lives in the house. He is a hard-working guy, usually out of the house from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. In the evening, he goes to sleep early and demands that there be no confusion in the house and respect for the common areas. The space In the kitchen there is a microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, and refrigerator. In the living room there is a television with Netflix. Guest access They can access the double room, the kitchen, the living room and of course the bathroom. During your stay I will not be available as I am abroad. Jacopo will be in the house, and for check-in you will meet with Mrs. Lodovica, who will give you the house keys.
