The kitchenette includes a **hot plate, microwave, air fryer, and coffee maker** for simple meal preparation, along with cookware, plates, and utensils. The loft features an open living area with vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, a Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. Upstairs, you’ll find a cozy queen bed, premium linens, and a spacious walk-in closet. Additional amenities include a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, washer and dryer, all utilities included, and a peaceful setting. Please note: The kitchenette is designed for simple meal preparation and is not a full kitchen. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire carriage house situated at the rear of the property. Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, parking, coffee, and access to laundry facilities equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Please note that the home at the front may have tenant staying in it from time to time. However, rest assured, you will still have private access via a well-lit pathway to the carriage house and patio area, ensuring a peaceful stay without disturbances. Furthermore, the pathway leading to the guest entrance is well illuminated for added safety during nighttime. Other things to note 📹 Security Camera Exterior security camera ONLY located at the front door. There are no interior cameras. Tampering with the camera may result in the termination/cancellation of your reservation. 💬 Communication During Your Stay If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, please contact us through the messaging platform where you made your reservation. 📝 Rental Agreement Guests staying 30 nights or longer are required to complete and sign a rental agreement before check-in, in accordance with local regulations or booking requirements. 🏡 Main House There is a separate main house located at the front of the property that may be booked by other guests from time to time. Rest assured, you will have private access to your guesthouse, backyard, and deck area, and your stay will not be disturbed.
