Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation located in a well-lit basement, including interior stairs from the driveway to the entrance of the accommodation (6 steps). Other things to note This property is located in a residential area with immediate neighbors, in the basement of a bungalow. Although the accommodation is very well soundproofed, it is possible to hear sounds (people, children, appliances in the main house). The neighborhood is peaceful and welcoming, making it perfect for couples, respectful groups or families with young children. However, the place is not suitable for groups of friends looking for a secluded place to party and get lively all night. We require that guests go through identity verification with Airbnb.
