Self check-in at the side of the house and lockbox with code available. Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation located in a well-lit basement, including interior stairs from the driveway to the entrance of the accommodation (6 steps). Other things to note This property is located in a residential area with immediate neighbors, in the basement of a bungalow. Although the accommodation is very well soundproofed, it is possible to hear some noise (people, children, appliances in the main house). The neighborhood is peaceful and welcoming, making it ideal for couples, respectful groups, or families with young children.
