Welcome to beautiful Norwood Park! Highlights include: -Walking distance to bus stop. The Jefferson Park Blue Line is a 15 min bus ride. -Walking distance to beautiful hiking trail. -Close to major highways (94, 294, etc) -Downtown Chicago: 12 miles away -O’hare airport, Rosemont, All-State Arena: 3 miles away -Advocate Lutheran Hospital: 5 miles away Please note: only one guest allowed per room. No exceptions! All guests will be asked to leave if multiple guests are present. The space This is a private bedroom in a house. The room is on the first floor of the house and you’ll share the bathroom with one other guest. The room is basic with a bed, desk, and chair. It has a space, semi walk-in closet. It is primarily intended for those who need a comfortable place to rest. All common areas are shared with other housemates including the kitchen, dining room, and living room. All guests are expected to be quiet, respectful, clean, and considerate. Also note: my cleaners use scented detergents to wash your bedsheets and also scented cleaning solutions to clean your room and the unit. Guest access You can access all common areas including the living room and kitchen. Please note: the washer/dryer is on the 2nd floor and you may only go up there for laundry. Please do not go into the basement as there are other Airbnb guests there. Also, you may use the TV in the living room. It has chrome cast so you can stream Netflix, Hulu, etc. During your stay Please message us and we will respond asap. Other things to note As of 6/20/25, the city requires a permit to park on Hermione St. Therefore, you’ll have to park on the next street over on Haft St or Raven. Please note- in the direction of traffic, the left side of Haft is free parking. The right side is permitted parking. Please be mindful of street signs and park at your own risk.
