A very quiet and private neighborhood where you can enjoy your spectacular 50m2 terrace, panoramic views around the 90m2 luxury cabin, with rocking chairs, private gazebo, stove, private parking, fully equipped kitchens for your rest and tranquility in its anti-allergy, antibacterial, non-deformable European orthopedic beds and 500 thread Egyptian sheets (premium hotel line), with double temperature duvets, so that the rest and comfort is spectacular, for your family and for you. There are many panoramas for our guests, surfing world-class waves, practicing Enduro, pristine beaches to explore, trekking magical trails full of pools and surrounded by lush nature, kitesurfing with beaches and wind and wave conditions, biking with dream routes and the best gastronomy in the surroundings. We are also on-site 24/7 to answer all your questions and help you make plans or events if you need something special for yourself or your family. Knowing other aspects to consider: -Campfires in the stove area must be done with full responsibility and awareness (we are in a red forest fire zone) so they must be small, never with branches only trunks and always be extinguished with water. -The wood stove must be used with great care so that no sparks fly inside the cabin. Do not put in plastic things or anything other than logs. -Use water responsibly since it is a very scarce source of life. It must be cared for and respected. Take short showers and wash dishes with little water. Puertecillo's environment will thank you. -The cabins have a water treatment system for native irrigation, so it is suggested to use biodegradable dishwashing soap. -Toilet paper should not be thrown into the toilet, as it damages the treatment plant. There are trash cans in each bathroom for this purpose. - If you require cabin cleaning, this will be contracted separately prior to arrival and by coordinating your schedule for your comfort and peace of mind. - Supervise grills, control fires that are too large or sparking. We have firewood or charcoal for your use if needed. -Smoking inside the cabins is forbidden. If you smoke, you must be careful and put out the butts in an ashtray and throw them in the dumpster. -There is no garbage collection service in Puertecillo, so it is appreciated if you take your garbage with you. At the exit of Puertecillo there are municipal garbage cans where you can deposit your garbage. The cabins have a garbage can inside to recycle and separate. - The voltage in Puertecillo is low, so it's important to control high-consumption electrical appliances in alternative uses and not together. -Hot tubs only work with pellets. One load of pellets is delivered per day. If you want more than one load, it costs an additional 5,000. Be careful with the hot tub boiler that heats up. Do not handle or touch it, especially with children around. - Hot tubs take 3.30 hours to reach their optimal temperature. We advise customers to turn them on for sunset. -All cabin items and articles have a cost if they are damaged or broken by customers and are charged in addition to the daily rate. -There are two ways down to the beach, one through the hacienda, about 20 minutes, and another through La Cuchilla, 7 minutes, only for 4x4 cars and at your own risk. -Music should be played at a level that is appropriate for each family (avoid loud music at very late hours) as we are in a residential area and therefore other families should be respected with their rest.
