The space Grey Rock Mountain Villa in Balamban, Cebu is a peaceful getaway with 5 spacious rooms, good for 18 guests (max 23 with extra fees). The villa is PWD-friendly and offers optional butler service for cooking and cleaning. *The jacuzzi is still not functional. 🙏 Guest access Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire mountain villa, designed specifically for Airbnb stays. The property features 5 bedrooms, multiple lounging areas, a pool, and an exclusive parking space that fits up to 6 vehicles. Please note that big events and setups requiring catering, tables, chairs, lights, or sound systems are not allowed. Our villa is thoughtfully curated to provide a relaxing and intimate getaway for guests, ensuring a tailored and memorable experience in a tranquil setting Note: We have an Onsite Team whose primary responsibility is to look after the property, housekeeping, and maintenance. While we do not have a dedicated cook or chef, our team is happy to assist with cooking or grilling upon request. 😊 If you’d like our onsite staff to assist with meal preparation during your stay, we offer butler service for just ₱1,000 per day. Our team specializes in preparing simple, home-cooked Filipino dishes, ensuring your meals are made with care and attention to detail—whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Getting to Grey Rock Cabins can be a bit tricky since we're in a remote area without taxis. Sometimes you might find a motorbike, but it's not always available. It's best to book your ride in advance to make sure you get here smoothly. We're just a 45-minute drive from Cebu City, and you can easily find your way using online maps. Q: Do you allow visitor's to visit the property? A: Yes overnight guests can have visitors with them, with an additional fee of 500 per head per day only up to 9PM Q: Would it be possible for me to host a party here? A: Yes, as long as it does not involve catering with tables, chairs, lights, or sound system setups Q: Can I hold a photoshoot there? A: For sure! Same overnight fee shall apply, you can schedule your shoot around our check in and check out time. Q: How many guests can sleep in the property? The property can accommodate strictly up to 23 overnight guests only, however your current reservation is already good for 18 pax. Additional head fee is 1,000 for 13+ and 500 for 4-12 years old. 0-3 are free and not included in the headcount. Q: Do you provide airport pick-up service? A: Unfortunately, we do not have an inhouse airport pick-up service. However we have a list of trusted transportation rental services partner companies we can refer you to. Q: Can I check-in earlier? A: Kindly be informed that our check-in time starts from 3 PM, and our check-out time is before 11 AM. Early check-in and/or late check-out are subject to availability. Please send us a direct message to be sure. However, feel free to come earlier in the morning if you'd like to drop off your luggage at the reception. Q: Do you provide housekeeping service? A: We do, we offer daily cleaning at convenient time. Fresh linen, towels and hygiene kits are also provided upon your arrival. Q: Can I bring my pet to stay with me? A: Yes small trained dogs are allowed in accordance to the pet rules, however there is an additional charge of Php 250 per pet. Q: Do you have a parking space there? A: Yes, there is a private parking space available that can accommodate up to 6 cars. Q: Is smoking allowed? A: Smoking is allowed in the designated smoking area, far from the villa. Q: What do I do when I arrive? A: Upon checking in, kindly show your valid ID and soft copy of your booking confirmation. Our onsite staff will give you a house tour and will require you to sign our non liability waiver form. This is to ensure that we are both protected. Additionally a pet waiver form will be provided to those who would wish their fur babies to join in the festivities.
