This stunning home offers 6 bedrooms: - A luxurious king bedroom with ensuite (shower). - A queen bedroom for restful nights. - Two additional queen bedrooms with sliding doors, perfect for a private escape. - A bunk room featuring 4 beds (2 bunks), ideal for kids or groups. - A versatile room with a queen bed, a single bed, and an ensuite with a bath. The living area upstairs boasts a large dining table seating 12, a cozy couch, and a TV, perfect for low key gatherings. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, double fridge and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and all the utensils you'll need. Step outside to the expansive outdoor deck, where you’ll find: - A large table seating 12-14. - A smaller table seating 4. - Comfortable deck couches for relaxing in the sun or under the stars. - BBQ facilities Dive into the pool, enjoy the in-ground trampoline, or gather around the firepit for unforgettable evenings. For indoor entertainment, the games room downstairs features foosball, air hockey, a large couch, and TV overlooking the trampoline with scenic views. Upstairs, an additional living area provides a serene spot with a couch and beautiful views. Need a quiet moment? Retreat to the study nook for some focused time. Every room is air-conditioned for your comfort, ensuring a perfect stay year-round. Whether you’re here to relax, play, or explore, this property is the ultimate destination for creating lasting memories. Guest access This property is for your private use and set up purely for guests and their enjoyment. Other things to note Our home is adorned with elegant furnishings and light-colored decor, making it a serene and welcoming space. However, it is not suitable for young children, so we kindly require that our sanctuary is reserved for children aged 5 and above. To maintain the peace and tranquility of our neighborhood, please observe the following: IMPORTANT: Sunshine Coast Council requires that noise levels be kept to a minimum for the entirety of your stay. We want you to enjoy music, conversation, and all the good stuff - just at a level that keeps the peace with our close neighbours (they're lovely, and we'd like to keep it that way 😊). Daytime (7am – 6pm) You're welcome to use our bluetooth speaker - just keep it at a conversational level (around 50–60 dB, or roughly "background music at a café"). Our pool deck is right next to the neighbours, so sound carries surprisingly well from there - music, voices, all of it. If you're having a few drinks poolside, just be mindful that the volume tends to creep up without you noticing. After 6pm Sunshine Coast noise rules kick in here - no music or sound that can be heard from neighbouring properties. TV at a normal volume indoors is fine. Think "wine and quiet conversation" vibes, even better if you take them inside. Quick rule of thumb: If you'd hear it through your own bedroom wall and it'd bug you — turn it down a notch. Our noise detector will alert us if sound levels exceed the limit, and we may have to ask guests to vacate early if this policy is not respected. - No parties or boozy gatherings are permitted. - No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the outdoor deck. - No pets allowed. These guidelines help us ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for you and future guests. Thank you for understanding!
