Chalet on the Dam

Chalet with two en-suites, located in the Riviera Paulista neighborhood, a peninsula on the Guarapiranga Dam. The accommodation is on the ground floor of the cottage and the hosts live in the cottage next door, being available when needed. Surrounded by dirt roads and lots of woods, the place is ideal for hiking, biking, and boating or horseback riding. Perfect for those seeking tranquility for leisure, photo shoots or home office with great Wi-Fi. Optional breakfast for R$43 per person. The space 1,200 m2 large garden, kiosk equipped with kitchen and barbecue and garage. The suites have a double bed each, a closet, a bathroom and a work bench. On the ground floor of the chalet there is a cozy dining and living room with a beautiful garden view and access to the front terrace. Adjacent to the chalet there is another one where we live, but we do not share spaces with guests. Guest access Guests will have access to the living room, terrace, garden, kiosk with kitchen and barbecue, garage and laundry. Other things to note To book each suite separately, look for the listings: “En-Suite in Chalet at Dam I” or “En-Suite in Chalet at Dam II”. The shopping center with bakery, market, restaurants and pharmacy is 3 km away. There are restaurants with homemade food and a Minas Gerais market with coffee 600 meters away. There are clubs that are directly on the reservoir with a beautiful view 1 km from the house with the availability of boat rides and water sports. Horseback riding and a small farm with a cafeteria are 200 meters away. We offer two bicycles to guests. For your convenience, hosts can serve dinner, to be charged separately and arranged in advance. We are 20 minutes from the train/metro and 5 minutes from a bus terminus, all transportation apps come here. Breakfast: If you wish, it can be served at a time to be agreed between 8 and 10 a.m. Cost: R$ 38 per person per day. We can also offer dinner with a special menu and a separate charge.
