Cabin on the Dam

Two en-suites in a chalet located in the Riviera Paulista neighborhood, which is a peninsula in the Guarapiranga Reservoir. Dirt roads and lots of woods, perfect for hiking, biking, and boat and horseback riding. Ideal for people looking for a quiet place for leisure, photo shoots and home office with great WI-Fi. The space Large garden of 1,200 m2, kiosk equipped with kitchen and barbecue area and garage. The en-suites feature a queen-size bed each, a closet, a bathroom, and a workbench. On the ground floor of the chalet, there is a cozy dining and living room with a beautiful view of the garden and access to the front terrace. Next to the chalet is another one where we live, but we do not share spaces with guests. Guest access Guests will have access to the living room, terrace, garden, kiosk with kitchen and barbecue, garage and laundry. Other things to note To book each suite separately, look for the listings: “En-Suite in Chalet at Dam I” or “En-Suite in Chalet at Dam II”. The shopping center with bakery, market, restaurants and pharmacy is 3 km away. There are restaurants with homemade food and a Minas Gerais market with coffee 600 meters away. There are clubs that are directly on the reservoir with a beautiful view 1 km from the house with the availability of boat rides and water sports. Horseback riding and a small farm with a cafeteria are 200 meters away. We offer two bicycles to guests. For your convenience, hosts can serve dinner, to be charged separately and arranged in advance. We are 20 minutes from the train/metro and 5 minutes from a bus terminus, all transportation apps come here. Breakfast: If you wish, it can be served at a time to be agreed between 8 and 10 a.m. Cost: R$ 38 per person per day. We can also offer dinner with a special menu and a separate charge.
