As the accommodation is located above a café-restaurant, the regular activities of the business may be audible during opening hours (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.). However, in our experience (and that of former tenants and clients of the same accommodation), it is a background noise which is in no way disturbing; on the contrary, it brings a certain ambiance to the space.
