**Big discount for longer stays, starting from the 2nd night** Beautiful and cozy restored cottage in the countryside. Located on a 4Ha estate adjacent to a river, easy to reach and yet quiet. Safe and comfortable. Ideal for resting well in nature, reading books, sunbathing, hiking, cycling, exploring the immediate area and as a base to discover our province. Detached house, privacy, safe parking. Garden, veranda with BBQ shared. The space The cottage was originally the old kitchen of the farm. It was completely restored, retaining old elements, but also adding modern comfort. A mezzanine with a beautiful view over the valley, became the bedroom with a queen size bed. Downstairs we have the living room with room for more beds as needed. A small practical kitchen and bathroom with shower was newly built. The space is super cozy and very bright. The whole is 150m from the road, is quiet and is completely surrounded by greenery. Kitchen has gas fire, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Some essentials are available (oil, salt, sugar, etc.). There is a hairdryer in the bathroom, towels and bed linen are provided. There is fast internet (50Mbps) and a smart TV and air conditioning cold/warm. Guest access The guest house is detached and exclusively for you. Furthermore, you are welcome in the veranda, where the traditional churrasqueira (BBQ) is located, and in the garden around the house. Garden furniture is available. At the front is an orchard with apples and tangerines (May to August). The river is 250m away and can be reached via our meadow. You can refresh yourself in the river. Parking is available inside our fenced garden. For oldtimers or motorcycles, we can provide covered and enclosed parking. Other things to note It is a safe region in Brazil. Internationally, it can be reached via Porto Alegre airport, where we can pick you up. Power is 220V 60Hz A crib is available. We provide beds according to the number of people at the time of booking. Optionally, we can place the double bed downstairs instead of on the mezzanine. Please inform the correct number of people before you arrive, a different number of people than during the booking may incur additional costs or be refused. In the village, there are restaurants, shops, gas stations.
