Stylishly furnished, with a kitchenette and spacious bathroom, it is the ideal starting point for exploring the many sights of the historic city centre. The night-time view of the colourful play of light from the Ars Electronica Center, Lentos Museum and passing passenger ships is unique. There are numerous cafés, bakeries and international restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The space The newly renovated flat is located on the 1st floor of a historic old building with high ceilings. Underfloor heating, an air freshener and soundproofed windows ensure a cosy indoor climate. The kitchenette is equipped with all the utensils you need for quick meals. There is also a kettle and a coffee machine at your disposal. Free W-LAN and Smart-TV are of course available. Guest access Access is regulated via a key box directly next to the flat door. Guests receive the number code by text message in good time before arrival. If the front door is locked, open the key box located there and use the extra front door key. Please return this key to the key box immediately. You will receive the code for this key box in good time before arrival. Other things to note House rules RIVERVIEW APARTMENTS 1. Check-in from 15:00 Check-Out until 11:00 am Early check-in and late check-out are possible on request for a fee; 2. For guests residing in Linz and the surrounding area: Booking is only possible after prior consultation with the host. 3. Smoking in the flat is not permitted; 4. There is a ban on commercial use, events of any kind and illegal activities; 5. If the number of guests exceeds the actual booking, an additional fee of Euro 30,- per additional person will be charged. 6. Animals are not allowed in the flat (except assistance dogs) In case of non-compliance, an additional cleaning fee of Euro 50,- will be charged.
