The space The studio is small but has everything you need. Alfresco dining in the secluded courtyard as well as a small table and chairs inside the studio. The courtyard is a pet safe enclosure. Please be aware that Paddington is very hilly. So walking around is quite a work out. Guest access Even though you have a fully self contained studio and private entrance, guests are welcome in the main house. Other things to note We are friends with the local wildlife. Possums and birds visit day and night for treats. The main house and enclosed yard and decks are part of our cat shelter. Guests are welcome to come upstairs to cuddle cats. EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It's highly recommended to plan for a 3pm check-in time. Once your place is prepared, we will inform you accordingly. In case you require earlier access, you may consider booking the night before, subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate such requests, please note that unlike hotels, we do not have alternate rooms to offer. Hence, if a guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, the housekeeping team requires sufficient time to prepare the place, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Depending on our bookings and housekeeping schedules, it might be possible to arrange a later check-out time. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if you need to check out after 12 pm, an extra night's fee will be levied and must be paid via the Airbnb Resolution Centre.
