It is a very spacious house with large rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker and all basic utensils, a living room with a 32-inch Smart TV with streaming, Wi-Fi, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room and a barbecue area with a barbecue grill. Just 40 minutes away are two tourist attractions, Morro do Gavião and Pedra do Índio, which have the longest zip line in Paraná and various other attractions.
