A comfortable and welcoming home, this home has a well-appointed kitchen and laundry for guests to utilise, along with a comfortable outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven. The updated Silo Art is a short stroll away, along with Chainsaw Art. Guests room is in a private upstairs room with ensuite, walk in robe and television. Located in the middle of Rupanyup, the local supermarket, Rupanyup Living, the Blacksmith and Robyn’s takeaway provide food and drink options. The space This room is upstairs through the office, which may be a consideration for some. Split systems are in every room for temperature control. Guests are encouraged to bring their own food and utilise the kitchen if arriving late - the local supermarket closes at 6pm. Guests are welcome to the tea and coffee, though breakfast is not included. I have one dog, a kelpie named Ruby, who is very friendly, and stays outside majority of the time.
