The two bathrooms available in the villa are equipped with a shower; The kitchen is very bright and is equipped with all the comforts that are sought in a vacation home, suitable even for the most demanding people; inside we find a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, spacious refrigerator (with the addition of a second refrigerator), coffee machine, induction hob and dishes, glasses and cutlery. All rooms of the house are equipped with central air conditioning that can be adjusted according to the needs of each individual room. The ideal place to eat meals during the summer months is certainly the outdoor veranda, but you can also take advantage of the extendable table located inside the large living room adjacent to the kitchen, inside the latter there is a conversation area with armchairs and satellite TV and wi-fi connection. The villa's huge garden, which is fully fenced, lends itself well both as a parking lot (it can accommodate up to 8 cars) and as a children's play area; inside it there is a space with two outdoor showers (equipped with cold and hot water), a barbecue area and access to the basement of the villa where there is a laundry area complete with drying racks, ironing board and iron. Guest access Guests have free access to all the spaces of the villa, with the exception of a small storage room used by the owners to store items and linen. Thanks to the numerous beds, the villa is well suited to accommodate groups or large families. It is also possible (upon request at the time of booking) to rent a crib and high chair for children. The place is very quiet, having no other homes in the immediate vicinity, but at the same time it is in a central position to reach the major places of interest in the area: in addition to the beach, the tower of San Giovanni dating back to 1700 is very close, with the suggestive cliff and views of one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Ogliastra. The area offers guests the opportunity to practice various outdoor sports including mountain biking, hiking and very long walks to discover the surrounding unspoiled nature. There are in fact numerous trails that, through directions, lead to breathtaking landscapes and small corners of paradise. The nearest hospital is in Lanusei, about a 30-minute drive away. In the marina of Tertenia, however, you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, boat rental services, a camper area, and a small marina. Smoking is prohibited inside the villa. The municipality of Tertenia observes the separate collection of waste, it is in fact mandatory for guests to dispose of them properly and deliver them to the ecological island not far from the villa.
