Our unit is located in Twin Lakes Vineyard Residences, the country's first vineyard residences. A private and exclusive condominium cluster on Tagaytay's rolling terrains. The space This cozy studio unit has a double-sized bed that accommodates 2 people. A single sized pullout bed is readily available for an additional guest (extra guest charge apply). • Smart TV + Disney+ & NETFLIX + complimentary Wifi. Cabinet and a wooden table with built-in vanity mirror. Variety of board games to play with your loved ones. • Kitchen with 2 burner stove, 1 frying pan, 1 pot, coffee maker, electric kettle, and Samsung fridge. 2 wine glass, 4 whiskey glasses w/ ice bucket, etc. Complete with dishwashing soap and sponge. • Bathroom with 2 bath towels, hand soap, shampoo, bidet, as well as hot and cold shower. Good morning kit good for 2 pax (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap). • Cozy balcony with a dining table that offers our valuable guests a view of the serene mountain scene in Tagaytay-Batangas. Guest access • With Free RESERVED INDOOR PARKING (right beside the lobby entrance). • Walk in dining at Twin Lakes Hotel Cafe. • Access to Twin Lakes Shopping Village/Commercial Center. A few steps away, there are amenities available in the next building (LL5 Merlot). Please take note that the use of amenities are by reservation via lobby. Game Room - P250/hr Gym - P250/hr (per head) Jacuzzi - P300/hr (max 6 pax) Music Room - P500/hr Other things to note Check in: 2 pm Check out: 12 pm *If guests fail to check out on time and without prior arrangement with the host, you will be charged the following: > Late checkout from 12:01 pm - 1:00 pm: Php 300 > Late checkout from 1:01pm-1:59pm: Php 600 (with no upcoming guest) > Late checkout from 1:01pm - onwards (with an upcoming guest): 100% of the nightly rate > Late checkout from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm (with no upcoming guest): 50% of the nightly rate > Late checkout from 6:00 pm - onwards (with no upcoming guest): 100% of the nightly rate *early check in and check out requests are subject to availability and charges may apply (P200.00 per hour) *All guests should register upon check-in. Unregistered guests will be charged P1,000.00/pax *Pet fee: P1,000.00 (up to 2 small-medium sized pets). Kindly take note that pets are not allowed to sleep on the bed and must be in diapers. If there is an unregistered pet, Php 2,000.00 will be charged for pet fee + unregistered guest penalty. *Guests must never leave their pets unattended at all times. Please bring their pet crate, bed, or cage to provide a safe space for their sleeping arrangement. *Any damage to the unit (furniture, fixtures, electronics, etc.), building, and its facilities will be charged accordingly. *Please avoid cooking pungent dishes as this may incur additional cleaning fees *Please do not take any tissues, amenity kits, linens, etc. that are stored in the cabinets. They are reserved for other guests. If you wish to avail more items, kindly coordinate first with host. Additional charges may apply. *Please don't smoke inside the unit. Additional cleaning/incident charge will apply. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. *Please return keys after check out. Lost keys will be charged accordingly (entire lock will be changed due to safety concerns). Damaged keys will also be charged accordingly (incident fee + duplicate fee) *CLAYGO: We do not charge any cleaning fees so please help us maintain the cleanliness (ex. wash used dishes, throw garbage in the trashcan, throw used oil in plastic bag). We do not expect you to do deep cleaning, just please don't leave the unit in a state where it needs excessive cleanup. *If you would like to opt-out of practicing CLAYGO, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements with the cleaner. We can take care of everything for you so you can focus on enjoying your time. note: Cleaning fee will apply. *Kindly take note that Wifi is complimentary. If there are any internet issues, we can raise a ticket to our network provider but please do understand that this is beyond our control and we are not responsible for any refund or compensation. *For those who might WFH during their staycation: although we provide complimentary Wifi, we highly recommend that you bring a back up data just in case (Note: Globe has weak signal in the area). Our wifi is perfectly suited for staycation use (residential/home use) such as streaming movies, scrolling through social media, etc. *For long term stays, we will be offering bigger discounts and free weekly cleaning. Please take note utilities will be excluded from the booking total of stays longer than a week (will be charged separately after moveout/ after billing is received). *For stays less than a week, please take note that overconsumption on utilities may incur additional charge. Our Building Admin has a policy that NO guests will be allowed in the unit except those with booking confirmation. Each guest shall present 1-Valid ID at reception upon check in. Thank you!
