Perfect family home with pool

Forget the exhausting pace of the city by treating yourself to a green break! At the end of a hilly country road, you will find our house like a small hamlet nestled in a green setting. There are places like this where you can feel good. From the very first visit (before buying the house) to today, through several months of renovations, there are dozens and dozens of wonderful moments that we spent there with family or with our friends. The space We would like to share with you the joy of enjoying this quiet and serene place with your loved ones for a long weekend or a week-long vacation. That's why we thought of the place for great reunions! Whether it's the lounges that can accommodate a dozen people around a board game, the heated pool during the beautiful days or the kitchen (well equipped because we love to cook) with its cooktop and 3 built-in ovens, baby equipment… everything to facilitate your family reunions. The House It consists of several stone buildings. - The main house has 4 bedrooms (three double bedrooms and one single bedroom), 2 shower rooms and one bathroom, 2 living rooms, a kitchen and a dining room with a large fireplace that is very pleasant in winter. As a fan of pretty tables, over time we have acquired a nice collection of dishes that will be at your disposal and that will brighten up your Sunday meals at Hameau de la Fontaine. The same goes for board games, turntable and music speakers. - The guest house, completely independent, includes a double bedroom on the mezzanine with a shower, a living room with a sofa bed and an open kitchen with stove, oven and microwave. - In the laundry room, we store the washing machine and dryer as well as a large freezer and an additional fridge, always useful for storing groceries for large families. - The garden: the property is surrounded by a small wood where you can walk if you wish. There is a table for eating outside to enjoy the beautiful weather. Guests can also access the private heated pool from May to mid-October, a ping-pong table and even an outdoor cinema set! In winter as in summer, it is the perfect place to leave with beautiful memories. Guest access You will have access to the entire residence. Other things to note The 2 buildings of Hameau de la Fontaine include many steps and stairs. The residence is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
