Pool noodles supplied. * Go old school and have a competition on the arcade game, one of the board games, or take the lid off the pool table centrally located in the kitchen/living room (it converts into the dining table). * The upstairs living room is equipped with a large 68" Smart TV ready for you to log in with your favorite streaming account and chill on the couch after your day's adventures. * The down stairs living room (with the sofa bed) also has a smart tv, pedestal fan and the arcade game. Secure and private back yard. We can sleep up to 10 guests across 6 spaces. The various bedding arrangements mean this home can cater to multi-generational families or small groups. There are 2 bathrooms (one is an ensuite), one of which includes a bath. The house is perfect for a family who loves the feeling of being together but still enjoys having enough space to do their own thing. * Master bedroom with ensuite and private balcony, ceiling fan and AC. Other things to note THINGS TO NOTE: ACCESS: You have full access to the property. we are just a phone call or message away during your stay. There are 3 flights of stairs inside this house. PARKING: There is room for 2 cars in the garage. There is a remote to open and close the garage door. There is also a spot to park to the side of the driveway. INCLUSIVE: As hosts, we welcome all visitors. Overseas guests, people with disabilities, families, and LGBTQI+ friendly. NOISE: The property is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. To respect the peace of the community - we kindly request no loud music or loud parties. Noise curfew 10pm EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS: May be possible however we do recommend you to plan around a 3pm check-in. When your place is ready, we will let you know. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. If a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. We charge a small fee of $50 for check-ins 2 hours prior to 3pm and $100 for 3 or more hours prior to 3pm. This is subject to availability. LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please reach out the day before check out to see if this is possible. We charge a late check out fee of $50 for 1 to 2 hours after 10am and $100 for 3 or more hours after 10am. This is subject to availability STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking but to avoid having to immediately head to the supermarket on arrival. LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and a bath towel for each guest. BYO pool towels. LONG STAYS: All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable. CHECK OUT We don't want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if somethings been moved), stack the dishwasher and put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest. INFANTS: For families traveling with infants, please note that you will need to supply linen for the porta cot. Due to the sensitive nature of precious baby skin and the detergents often used by large commercial laundries, it is much better for you to use fabrics that are familiar to your baby's skin to avoid any sensitivities or allergic reactions. PETS: No pets allowed on the property. NO SCHOOLIES.
