Dialed-in design, perfect location—this is the kind of stay you don’t want to leave. While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'. We charge a nightly fee for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay. After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance. If you request check in less than 48 hours in advance, we will ask for a photo of your Identification matching the method of payment used, and meet you on site for check in to verify your reservation is for the booked guest. (Subject to change. Please message us with questions.) Absolutely no pets allowed due to allergies--Breaking this rule may forfeit your damage deposit and/or terminate your reservation immediately. No covering or disabling cameras or smoke detectors. Do not block neighbors driveways when parking on the street. Observe quite hours 10pm-7am. No refunds for unstayed nights. No additional overnight guests besides those on the booking. No events or parties. If you move furniture, there will be a $100 Furniture Reset Fee. Rule of thumb: If one average person cannot lift the item off the floor without help, then we'll charge the fee. Cleaning alone takes a significant amount of time, our cleaners don't always have the time or strength to put furniture back between guests. Security cameras on site are exterior-only and point away from the home, towards the street/alley. They are motion activated and record video and audio. These will be active during your stay. If you require late checkout but do not notify us 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $75.00 late checkout fee.
