On the 1st floor: 2 Bedrooms with 160 bed. 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 140 in mezzanine. TV and storage 1 bathroom with large shower and sink + separate toilet. On the 2nd floor: 1 living room with equipped kitchen, corner sofa and large terrace. Garage for equipment storage. Week and weekend rental possible. Electricity is your responsibility in the winter season. The space On the day of your arrival, please contact me when you are at the cottage to remotely open the accommodation. Guest access The entire home is available to you. You will see closed safes where we store our personal belongings there. Mountain equipment or bicycles must be stored in the garage next to the staircase at the road level. Other things to note Cleaning is the maintenance of the property is the responsibility of the tenants. A flat fee of €150 is possible by our concierge as well as the supply of sheets and linens. During school holiday periods, the property is only available for weekly rentals. During the cold season only, electricity is NOT INCLUDED. 2 days before your arrival, a payment of €150 is required for a weekly rental and €60 for a weekend rental, either by bank transfer or by cash deposit at the Proxi supermarket located behind the cemetery (to be arranged between us).
