Modern, bright, one or double bedroom with 2 beds (2 x 90) without kitchen with nice bathroom. Located in a sustainable, state-of-the-art new building, opened in June 2023 (neighborhood for living in old age). Can also be used as a double room on request. The space Modern furnished studio with parquet floors and large windows – with access to many amenities of the "In der Au" district, such as the gym or the public restaurant LaVita (opening hours 9-17.45) in the same building. Our house is a modern senior residence. In the lower floors, living with care are accommodated, on the 2nd-4th floor there are studios for living with service and our guest rooms/studios. Our guest studios are available for rent for internal and external guests, business travelers, students or holiday guests for rent from 4 nights. We want you to feel comfortable with us. A nice meeting room also can be rented. On your floor there is a large shared living space with a piano and a terrace, as well as a reading room. Smoking is possible on the terrace, otherwise it is a non-smoking house. There are various seating areas in the outdoor area. Surroundings/shopping A large shopping center with various shops and a large supermarket with many convenience products can be reached in 10 minutes on foot or in 1 minute by bus. The bus stop "In der Au" is located on the grounds, as is the community center of the municipality of Volketswil with another café and courses. Another bus stop is about 100m away. Guest access With access to gym, restaurant LaVita on the ground floor, direct access to the underground parking with free parking. Electric charging stations available.
