Sleeping up to four guests (plus a pooch) Austin is a two bedroom dog friendly cottage which is perfect for a small group getaway, a couples retreat or a family of four looking to escape to the countryside. The space With light, stylish furnishings, the open plan kitchen and living area is a bright and welcoming place to settle into after a long day exploring the nearby Yorkshire Dales. Within the private walled garden, you can enjoy al fresco dining with the help of a BBQ in summer, and the ultimate relaxation of a calming dip into the bubbling hot tub. Bring along the pooch for some beautiful Yorkshire walks, with footpaths through the fields on your doorstep. An open plan kitchen, dining and living area runs the lengths of the house, with state-of-the-art Bosch appliances and well equipped with everything you could need. An eye-catching log burning stove keeps this cottage cosy in the winter months, and there is underfloor heating throughout. The bedrooms share a contemporary master bathroom with a large bath and overhead shower. There are two spacious ground floor bedrooms. Both have super-king beds that can be set up as doubles or twin beds. Step outside to a table and chairs for al fresco dining with a charcoal BBQ. This is where you will find the luxurious private jacuzzi-style hot tub for the cottage, where you’ll love just spending time perhaps with a glass of bubbly. It's big enough for four guests, and towels and robes are included. There is a garden area to the front and rear of this country cottage, and this front courtyard is enclosed to keep those excitable pooches (and kids!) from escaping. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. You can enjoy a seamless arrival experience with self-check-in starting at 4 PM on the day of their arrival, using our convenient key safe. This allows you to settle in at your leisure and begin your stay without any hassle. The grounds are shared with two other houses, however the cottage feels private and exclusive. There is ample parking for two cars. Other things to note The property is entirely on one level, a ramp and hot tub steps can be requested outside for easier access.
