This listing is for two rooms on the first floor, one King and one Double with a shared bathroom (just for these rooms) next door. You're welcome to use the lounge-diner and kitchen too. I work full time and have a small dog called Star who is extremely friendly, but if you're not keen on dogs she can be kept out of the way. Emily & Star x The space My house is a three bed, my ensuite room on the top floor and then two guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the first floor. Downstairs is an open plan lounge diner, with a kitchen and cloakroom. Guest access Guests are free to use the downstairs cloakroom, kitchen, lounge-diner and garden, but must be aware that these are shared spaces with myself and other guests if any are staying. The bathroom is shared with both rooms on the first floor. During your stay It's best to message/ring me if you need to get in touch during your stay and I'm not around. I normally reply pretty quickly to any messages.
