Our 3 bedroom holiday lodge (opened January 2024) is set in a stunning location on the banks of the River Yare! Ferry Lodge commands a beautiful riverside setting with wonderful river views. Featuring a timber interior, this spacious holiday lodge has all you need for an idyllic home from home waterside break. The open plan living area doors open onto the decking with seating furniture, ideal for relaxing in and watching the stunning Norfolk sunsets. The space Lodge Amenities Bedrooms Bedroom 1 – King bed, en-suite with shower, toilet and hand basin. Bedroom 2 – Double Bed. Bedroom 3 – Bunk beds – Single over Double bed. Bed linen provided. Bathrooms En-suite bathroom in King bedroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. Family bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and hand basin. Starter toilet roll provided. Hand and bath towels provided for number of guests staying. Open Plan Kitchen, Living and Dining Area Fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, dining and cooking essentials. Tea towels, J cloth, sponge, washing up liquid, antibacterial surface cleaner, hand wash, dishwasher tablets and a starter kitchen roll are provided. Dining area with table and chairs for 7 guests and lounge with Smart TV. The double French doors lead to the decked veranda and decking with dining furniture and to the waters edge with quay headed mooring. Mooring and Parking Quay headed mooring – please advise if you are bringing a boat. Slip way available, please request. Dog Friendly Holidays Our lodges are dog friendly. Max 2 dogs – £30 charge per pet applies - please contact us directly to add a 2nd dog. Guest access Whole property and outside enclosed space. Access to river from unfenced decking. Quay headed mooring for your own or hired boat. Other things to note Electricity and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available - please request with us directly. Shed with fish bait fridge and sun-loungers. Fishing permitted in season only. Rod license required. Ground Floor accessed via ramp. Please note: There is an unfenced river at the end of the decking - please take care.
