There will be no other guests. Other things to note Please be sure to review the following rules to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests using the facility. If a violation is confirmed, you may be subject to a fine. ① The premises are completely non-smoking (smoking is allowed only in the backyard) ・ No smoking in the building, near the entrance, or in the parking lot. ・ If smoking is confirmed in the room, you will be charged a 50,000 yen fine as a cleaning fee. ② No noise at night (9 pm - 7 am) The neighborhood is a residential area. Please be quiet especially at night. ・ If the manager or police are dispatched due to noise, we will charge a fine of 20,000 yen. ③ No parties or events. ④ About garbage disposal ・ If the trash cans in the room are full, please take them to the trash storage area on the premises. ⑤ About damage and soiling ・ If any damage occurs to dishes, furniture, etc., please contact us immediately by message. ⑥ Moving furniture and beds is prohibited. ⑦ There is no cleaning service during your stay. ⑧ Precautions when using the toilet ・ Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper and cleaning sheets. ・ Do not put toilet paper in the trash can, always flush it down the toilet. ⑨ Consideration for the neighborhood ・ The facility is located in a residential area. Please do not enter the residential area behind the building. ・ Please refrain from talking or making phone calls near the entrance and parking lot, and be as quiet as possible. ⑩ Requests at check-out (by 10 am) ・ Turn off all lights and air conditioners ・ Please sort and dispose of garbage and wash the dishes ・ If you use a futon in the Japanese-style room, you can leave it as it is (please do not return it to the closet) Thank you for your cooperation.
