There will be no other guests. Other things to note To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests using our facility, please be sure to review the following rules. If a violation is found, you may be subject to a fine. ① The premises are completely non-smoking (smoking is allowed only in the backyard) No smoking in the building, near the entrance, or in the parking lot. If smoking is confirmed in the room, a fine of 50,000 yen will be charged as a cleaning fee. ② No noise at night (9 pm - 7 am the next day) The neighborhood is a residential neighborhood.Please be quiet, especially at night. If the manager or police are dispatched due to noise, we will charge a fine of 20,000 yen. ③ No parties or events. ④ Garbage disposal If the trash can in the room is full, please take it to the trash storage area on the premises. ⑤ Damage and soiling If there is any damage to dishes, furniture, etc., please contact us promptly by message. ⑥ Moving furniture and beds is prohibited. ⑦ There is no cleaning service during your stay. ⑧ Precautions when using the toilet Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper and cleaning sheets. Please do not put toilet paper in the trash can, but flush it down the toilet. ⑨ Being mindful of your neighbors This facility is located in a residential neighborhood.Please do not enter the residential area behind the building.
