The apartment itself is VERY QUIET, so rest assured that you will not be affected by noise. We will do our best to ensure that your entire stay with us will be comfortable and enjoyable. Electricity is included in short-term stays (<28 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. Should your stay be 28 nights or more, we will collect an electricity deposit of $500usd before check-in. Perfect for social gatherings, family reunions, yoga retreats, company retreats.
