Other things to note OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Please be mindful of neighbors and respect their property. Any additional parking is located only on the driveway. No parking is permitted on the street from the hours of 11pm-7am daily. BASIC RULES No smoking, parties, rearranging furniture, blocking driveways, excessive noise, or disturbing neighbors. SECURITY CAMERAS Our property is equipped with exterior Ring cameras and are capable of recording video and audio. There is a Ring camera located at the main entrance of the home, front of garage, both sides of the home, side gate entrance, and back yard. These are solely on the exterior of the property. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other property policies. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in the immediate removal of guest(s) and forfeiture of all amounts paid. PET POLICY: • Pet fee applies to each pet ($150 per pet) • Maximum 2 pets • Undisclosed pets may result in additional charges In order to maintain a safe environment for all our guests, our community requires a basic background check requiring a copy of a government issued ID. This assures you and your neighbors will always have a safe stay.
