The second rental villa of Secret Break, a rental villa based on the concept of travel memories, has just opened. Living is a journey in itself, and a home becomes a vessel for people's memories. This time, we titled it "Asian River, Its Memories" and shaped the inspiration we gained from traveling in Asia into a riverside rental villa. The scenery seen in Asia was anonymously superimposed on the original Japanese scenery in my heart, and Secret Break Isumi was completed. BBQ equipment rental option: We rent outdoor BBQ equipment for a fee (5,000 yen).We provide charcoal and fire starters at the facility, so you can enjoy BBQing if you just bring the food.It is not recommended in the summer because it is along the river and insects are attracted to the light at night, but the BBQ in spring and fall is exceptional.Please note that you can pay in cash on the day of your stay. Electric bike rental: We rent an electric bicycle for two for a fee (4,000 yen).You can comfortably cycle along the rural roads by the river, surrounded by nature.If you'd like, you can pay in cash on the day. Coffee Time: We provide a set of coffee hand drip sets for Coffee lover, so please bring your favorite beans and flour.In addition, tea bags and sugar are always provided. About amenities: Amenities are also plentiful at this facility.Please come and see me empty-handed.In addition to bath towels and hand towels, toothbrushes (for children), cotton, cotton swabs, etc. are also provided at the facility.We prepare lotion, milky lotion and cleansing oil for women.Please enjoy bath salt in the jacuzzi while listening to the sound of the waves. Other things to note Check In/Out: Check-in is at 2 pm and check-out is at 10 am. We do not accept early check-ins or late check-outs for cleaning and preparation for the next guest. Please understand. About Child Rates: Children under 6 years old and not yet in school are free. School-age children over the age of 6 (elementary school students and older) will be counted as an additional person, the same as adults. About the number of guests: This facility is a 1 bedroom, so the recommended occupancy is 2 adults. If you use the day bed and folding cot in the living space, it can accommodate up to 4 adults, but we recommend 2 adults + 2 children for a relaxing stay. About the price: The facility displays the rental price for 2 people. Additional charges will apply for stays of 3 or more people. Max occupancy is 4 adults. Please note that no non-guests are allowed on the premises (there will be an additional charge even if you are not staying). Please be sure to contact us in advance if there is any reduction or increase in the number of guests after your reservation is confirmed. * The price of this facility changes according to the number of people using it. In addition to the room charge, there is an additional charge for 3 or more people (excluding preschool children). If you use the facility without staying at the facility, you will be counted as an additional person and charged 13,500 yen per person per day. Request from the facility: Shoes are strictly prohibited in the building. Please cooperate with washing the dishes and tidying up when checking out. In case of severe weather: In the event of severe weather such as typhoons or heavy rain, or the facility may ask you to change your accommodation dates if we or the facility determines that it is difficult to safely accommodate you due to flooding of the Isumi River. When using with children: This facility is located on the riverfront. You can go down the stairs to the river, but please make sure your child does not approach the river alone. The building of this facility is a two-story building with a raised floor overlooking the river. Please be careful that your child does not fall when you open the window. Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents in the facility. About outdoor BBQs: We currently don't support outdoor BBQs because we're making a table set.
