Located inside a private resort, our vacation home has all the resort amenities including a YEAR-ROUND HEATED POOL, a private beach (non-swimming), fishing pier, sundeck and loungers, bar & grill (with breakfast), convenience store, 24/7 gated security, outdoor fitness center, and free parking! There's also free internet & Wi-Fi for business travelers and complimentary coffee with every stay! The space A rental agreement must be signed and a legal form of ID must be provided along with a verification photo. This will all come directly from our company, the Tampa Vacation Collection. Information will be shared with the HOA, and stored in compliance with FCC regulations. Oceans Pointe is a newly renovated 1b/1b condo on the Tampa Bay with a private, furnished balcony. We're located on the second floor of the Sailport building (there are two elevators) and we're at the furthest tip of the building sticking out onto the water (meaning we have the most direct and uninterrupted views of the bay, wildlife, and sunsets)! The absolute best part - we have the most well-positioned balcony in the entire building, with a beautiful panoramic view of the crystal blue ocean water, the dolphins swimming by, and the glimmer of the sun as it rises and sets. You can sit there peacefully, taking in the view day or night. We also have a table so you can enjoy your meals or cocktails at happy hour! If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! - PESTS: While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted. Guest access Guest have access to the entire resort and its amenities. As a private condo, we do not have control over any of the amenities and therefore are not in a position to guarantee they're all working at all times. If an issue arises, simply notify us so we can contact the resort. *** PLEASE NOTE: Due to the damage of two category 3 hurricanes, some resort amenities will remain unavailable for most of October 2024. If you’re looking to book, please be aware we cannot guarantee every amenity will be available for a check in and checkout that occurs in October. We will not issue refunds due to unavailable amenities during the month of October.
