You can't beat the beautiful water views and the incredible sunrises that are just outside the window. Just open the drapes in the primary bedroom or the living room. The space Take a stroll around the community lake and enjoy the scenery and the wildlife. The lake path is a short .6 miles around and has several benches where you can sit, breathe, read a book, and relax. Enjoy sipping a beverage or having a meal on the private deck and take in the scenery. Secluded condominium community centrally located between Raliegh, Durham, and Chapel Hill. Within walking distance of the Black Creek Greenway, Bond Park, grocery shopping, and restaurants. Ideal location for remote workers and families who want to explore the area. The unit features: • Fully equipped kitchen. • In-unit washer\dryer. • Separate office equipped with height adjustable desk (sit or stand). Just bring your laptop. • High-speed WIFI provided. • Smart TV in living room. Watch your favorite movies or programs by signing into your streaming services such as Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney, Hulu, Netflix, and others. Cable TV is not available. • Long-term rentals of one or more months are available. • Sleeps 4 comfortably • Owner’s suite with Queen bed, bath with garden tub & separate shower, double sinks, and a large walk-in closet. • Guest bedroom with two twin beds and plenty of closet space. • Guest bath with tub/shower combo & double sinks. • Bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, washcloths, and necessities like hand soap, shampoo & conditioner, body lotion, and a blow dryer. Guest access You'll have full access to this private, downstairs unit. It's all yours to enjoy during your stay. • Seasonal access to the Community pool is available usually from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please confirm with the host for specific dates as they change from year to year. • Assigned, on-site parking for one passenger vehicle. • Additional guest parking available. Other things to note Stairs: This is a downstairs unit and requires the ability to go down a full flight of stairs from the parking area to the unit and up the stairs upon leaving the unit. Handrails are on both sides of the stairs to provide added safety. There is no elevator or ramp. The stairs are the only way to access the unit. Neighborhood and Surrounding Area: • Centrally located in Cary, NC with convenient access to all the Triangle has to offer. There is so much to see and do. • Airport – RDU Int’l is a short 15-minute drive • Research Triangle Park is only 10 minutes away • Walk to the Greenways, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and local pubs • Enjoy a walk around the lake right in the backyard. To access the lake path, go left at the top of the stairs, just past the Club House. Another left, down the path past the pool and you’ve arrived! The path around the lake is approximately 1/2 mile. Please do not feed the ducks, geese, or turtles. • Take the Black Creek Greenway and enjoy a beautiful 1.5-mile walk to Fred G. Bond Park where you’ll find a beautiful lake, trails, and access to more Greenways. Alternatively, it’s just a short drive where you’ll find plenty of parking near the boat ramp.
