The space The house is a 5-minute walk from the village of Raizeux, which offers a distributor of delicious baguettes, provided by one of the bakers of Epernon, the first shopping village located 6 minutes from the house by car. In Epernon, you will find 2 bakeries, a butcher, a grocery store, an organic store, two pharmacies, a newspaper store, a tobacco shop, 2 cafés, a haberdashery, 2 restaurants, 7 hairdressers, 4 beauty salons, a post office and a bank. We access the Parc de La Luciole by a small street nestled in the trees and very little traffic, then, once in the property, we take a 150-meter tree-lined driveway that leads us to the house located at the bottom of the park, bordering the Rambouillet forest. You will discover a house carefully decorated in a style that combines antique and modern furniture. Guests can take advantage of the fireplace, library, some warm woodwork, an antique grand piano, two sofas and two armchairs and a large square coffee table. The large dining room table and open kitchen offer a generous volume allowing you to share real moments of conviviality, with stunning views of nature since all the rooms have many windows. The whole house is very bright. On the first floor, the charming bedrooms (including the master bedroom equipped with air conditioning), with 3 adjoining bathrooms and one shared with 2 bedrooms, you will be won over by the calm of the environment and the stunning views of nature. The gate at the back of the park, located about fifty meters from the house, offers you private and direct access to the Rambouillet forest for your walks. Guest access Housekeeping and linens are included. Please note that pool linen is not provided. We are at your disposal to offer it to you if you wish.
