On the edge of the Rambouillet forest, 1 hour from Paris by car and 43 minutes by train, 30 minutes from Versailles, spend a relaxing stay of at least 5 nights in a green setting dotted with century-old trees. A family house with a neat decoration, with a warm living room, charming bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite. In the park, tennis and heated swimming pool. Nearby, a Golf course, a Spa, an equestrian centre, castles, a Zoo 40 minutes away and Michelin-starred restaurants 30 minutes away. The space The house is a 5-minute walk from the village of Raizeux, which has a distributor of delicious baguettes, provided by one of the bakers of Epernon, the first shopping village located 6 minutes from the house by car. In Epernon, you will find 2 bakeries, a butcher, a grocery store, an organic shop, two pharmacies, a newspaper shop, a tobacconist, 2 cafes, a haberdashery, 2 restaurants, 7 hairdressers, 4 beauty salons, a post office and a bank. We enter the La Luciole park through a small street nestled in the trees and with very little traffic, then, once in the property, we take a 150-metre tree-lined path that leads us to the house located at the end of the park, bordering the Rambouillet forest. You will discover a house decorated with care in a style that combines antique and modern furniture. You can enjoy the fireplace, the library, some warm woodwork, an antique grand piano, two sofas and two armchairs and a large square coffee table. The large dining room table and the open kitchen offer a generous volume allowing you to share real moments of conviviality, with a breathtaking view of nature since all the rooms have many windows. The whole house is very bright. On the first floor, the charming bedrooms (including the master bedroom equipped with air conditioning), with 3 en-suite bathrooms and one shared between 2 bedrooms, you will be won over by the calm of the environment and the breathtaking view of nature. The gate at the bottom of the park, located about fifty metres from the house, offers you private and direct access to the Rambouillet forest for your walks. Guest access Housekeeping and linens are included. Please note that pool linen is not provided. We are at your disposal to offer it to you if you wish.
