Charlie's house is a newly renovated house designed by an architectal technician for comfort, style and spaciousness. The street is quiet and the house is on 3 lots which means the garden is big, it gives one a sense of the county side, while in the city. It's a great place to get away from the stress of life and just relaxing. It's also close to groceries, restaurants, 10fwy and 10 min to down town. It's a good place to rest for your travels. The space The center of the house is an open plan Kitchen, dining and living area with 4 rooms of this area. Faith (the host) stays in Room 2. There are 2 bathrooms and a utility room with a washer, dryer & fridge. ROOM 1 - Is in the front of the house looking out at Angeleno ave. It is roughly 11'x11' ROOM 3 - Is on the West of the house. It has a large mirrored closet and a bathroom that adjoins onto the room. This can he made to be a private bathroom solely for this room. It is also roughly 11'x11' ROOM 4 - Is on the East of the house. It has a large french door that has direct access to the garden. it is our largest room roughly 11'x15'. Each room has a closet, dresser, nightstand and bed side light, full size bed and a Tuft & Needle mattress. AC for hot and cold air, central placed ceiling fan and light. All furniture is new (5 year or less) IKEA Guest access Guest can access all of the common spaces in the house and garden except the host and other guest room unless allowed. Also the 2 storage sheds and attic space are just for us. During your stay During your stay, please ask us if you need any help. We want to make your time with us as enjoyable as possible. Other things to note After you have confirmed your booking we will send you the code that will open the lock box that corresponds to your room number. The lock boxes are at the front entrance. Parking is at the back via the alley.
